And now we are down to four teams. What great games took place last weekend. Each one I enjoyed better than the previous one. Minnesota’s unbelievable last second play topped them all. I am still in disbelief.
I went 3-1 and am 131-66 for the season on my picks. I never saw Jacksonville beating Pittsburgh coming. I knew the Jaguars were good and ha beaten Pittsburgh previously, but did not think they could do it again.
New England was dominant as expected. Philadelphia pulled out a great home win against Atlanta. That was my upset pick.
After watching the games I have changed my choices on who is going to the Superbowl.
Jacksonville 24, New England 36 – After last week I see a lot of scoring. The Patriots should win, but can’t overlook the Jaguars. Jacksonville was superb last weekend and will go all out against the Patriots. New England should be victorious, but anything is possible in football.
Minnesota 28, Philadelphia 20 – I really liked the Vikings last weekend. Case Keenum is not a one year sensation. I feel that Philadelphia cannot win this one without Carson Wentz. Home field advantage can only take you so far. This time the Vikings will not make mistakes. It will, however, not be as exciting as last week.
