Pigskin Predictions

I went 10-4 last week putting my overall record for the year at 69-32. There were definitely some surprises. Dallas is better than expected. Pittsburgh was a disappointment. New England and Minnesota still look strong. Seattle cannot be overlooked. Green Bay 24, Chicago 13 - Packers should win NY Giants 28, LA Rams 17 - Giants the better team Cleveland 17, more...

Pigskin Predictions

I went 9-5 last week and am 59-28 on the year. It was great to see Tom Brady lead the Patriots to victory. Some on my top 5 had problems this week. Some changes will take place. I have not given Atlanta enough credit. I possibly gave too much to Denver. Denver 23, San Diego 28 - Chargers can score San Francisco 14, Buffalo 23 - Bills are looking more...

Pigskin Predictions

I was lucky to go 9-7 this week. A lot of underdogs won. I am at 50-23 for the year. There will be a shake-up in my Top 5 as New England lost. Of course with Tom Brady coming back the Pats may be back in first soon. Arizona 34, San Francisco 17 - Is Arizona really 1-3? New England 41, Cleveland 13 - No rust on Brady Philadelphia 33, Detroit 20 - Eagles have more...

Pigskin Predictions

I went 8-7 last week to be at 41-16 for the year. I was so surprised at how bad Pittsburgh lost. Three of my top 5 was beaten badly. A change is occurring. My Patriots won again. I picked them to lose. You can’t count out the Pats. What was I thinking? Miami 23, Cincinnati 20 - I’m not sold on the Bengals Indianapolis 31, Jacksonville 24 - Jags lose but more...

Pigskin Predictions

I went 11-5 last week putting me at 33-9 for the season. Not a bad start. It is difficult for me to put New England in the number 1 spot in my Top 5 with Jacoby Brissette at quarterback. I would say this week will not be a pretty one for Patriot fans. However, you never know what will happen. I am keeping them in the top spot until they lose. If Pittsburgh wins more...

Pigskin Predictions

I went 12-4 last week. There were a few surprises. I did not expect New England to win or the Los Angeles Rams to lose. Those two were really shockers for me. The team that looked the best to me was Pittsburgh. I have to put them in my Top 10. NY Jets 17, Buffalo 14 - Really could go either way Miami 20, New England 21 - Miami plays New England tough every more...

Pigskin Predictions

Here we go, another season. I finished last year at 172-80. My Superbowl prediction is New England and Arizona. When Tom Brady returns I expect the Patriots to dominate. Arizona is under rated. They match up in week one. I wanted to pick Teddy Bridgewater as my player of the year, but with his injury I am left without a back-up. I think it will be a running back. more...

I am very proud of the way the Yankees are playing right now. I still do not expect a lot of this team, but it is good to see some life in them. I noticed a lot of good hitting come from youngsters like Aaron Hicks, Dustin Ackley, Ronald Torreyes and Rob Refsnyder. Since Alex Rodriguez has been on the disabled list, Carlos Beltran has been playing DH. Beltran can more...
