Valentine’s Day Celebration at Trinity-on-Main
Trinity-on-Main will be hosting an enchanting concert just in time for Valentine’s Day. The concert will feature the songs of Sinatra preformed by Rob Zappulla and his Quintet. The celebration will be held on Sunday Feb. 12 at 4:00pm. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door and can be purchased online at www.trinityonmain.org or by phone at 860-229-2072.
Rob Zappulla is a Connecticut native as well as a Trinity-on-Main favorite. He has been performing live for over 30 years, including an eight-year run as the featured vocalist for the Tommy Dorsey Band. This affiliation has taken him on tour around the globe and all the way to the 2005 President’s Inaugural Ball in Washington, D.C.
Comedian Joey Vega to Perform at Trinity-on-Main
Trinity-on-Main will be hosting “Sex, Love and Marriage” on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. This hilarious one man comedy show to be preformed by Joey Vega, will tell you everything you wanted to know about sex, love and marriage but were to afraid to hear. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door and can be purchased online at www.trinityonmain.org or by calling 860-229-2072.
Joey Vega has been the opening act for J-Lo and Marc Anthony at numerous venues. He is a writer for Chris Rock and George Lopez, and he has been seen on such hit shows as HBO’s The Sopranos, NBC’s Law and Order and in the movie Rounders.
Trinity-on-Main is located at 69 Main St. It is central Connecticut’s premier venue for live performances, events, and rental space. Housed in an elegant former church, Trinity-on-Main is a non-profit organization committed to bringing arts and cultural events to Greater New Britain, as well as encouraging community revitalization and economic development in the city.
