Start marking your calendar, because the Berlin Fair returns for its 69th year September 15th – 17th, 2017. Operated as always by the Berlin Lions Club, the 2017 edition promises to be more fun and exciting than ever. Best of all, in addition to all you get, you also have an opportunity to give back, as many of Connecticut’s charitable organizations benefit from money raised at the Berlin Fair.

World Class Midway

Whether you go for thrilling or relaxing, you’ll find rides for all ages and tastes provided by Dreamland Amusements.

Topnotch Concerts

Relax, sing along, or get up and dance to some of the best musical acts around. Make it more enjoyable with preferred seating.

Special Events

From pulls and draws to jumping frogs and racing turtles – not to mention baby contests – it’s here at the Berlin Fair.

Entertainment

There’s never a shortage of entertainment at the Berlin Fair. Our concert series will have you singing along and tapping your feet. The lively midway features exhilarating rides and attractions provided by Dreamland Amusements.

The World of Wheels program brings together go-kart drivers of all ages from Berlin’s Nutmeg Kart Club. And who can resist a baby contest? Or say no to a pie-eating contest? Our memorable competitive events also include a children’s tractor pull, frog jump contest, nail driving, turtle race, and marching band competition.

Speaking of competition, don’t miss the horse drawing and oxen/cattle drawing contests – or the pony pull, tractor pull, or truck pull. Finally, community groups are a big part of the Berlin Fair. Look for the Boy Scouts, Berlin High School Marching Band, Lions vision groups, local DARE program, and more.

Exhibits

When it comes to exhibits, there’s something for everyone at the Berlin Fair. From adult and youth crafts (both artistic and culinary) to state contests and livestock competitions, you can contend for a top prize or simply enjoy and appreciate these diverse exhibits as a spectator.
