CARSTAR, Berlin Celebrates New “Customer Care Center”

CARSTAR, Berlin recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating their new 3,000 square foot addition to the existing auto body facility. The new addition includes new customer reception area, offices and two drive-in estimating bays. Community leaders Mayor Mark Kaczynski, Deputy Mayor Brendan Luddy, Town Councilman David Evans and Town Councilman Charles Paonessa joined the CARSTAR staff to celebrate the Grand opening.
“We decided to improve our customer experience, and our old offices didn’t meet our needs anymore.” says Lisa Siembab, Business Director at CARSTAR, Berlin. “In today’s competitive marketplace – the focus must always be on the customer. With our new facility, we believe the service we provide will now be enhanced with the new amenities we have added.”
“Carstar has been a fixture in Central Connecticut for over 25 years and we are thrilled that they have expanded their building which enhances an already positive customer experience”, explained Mayor Mark Kaczynski.
CARSTAR Berlin employs over 15 employees and repairs approximately 1000 vehicles per year and is an I-CAR Gold facility. Additionally, they are a Pro-First HONDA certified shop meeting the high standards required by HONDA Corporation to repair HONDA and ACURA vehicles. The project was managed by JNL Contracting in Berlin, CT.
