I went 10-6 in my predictions the 16th week and finished the regular season at 167-80. Not one of my best years.
This week I will preview the divisional playoff games.
Seattle 24, Atlanta 31 - I do not see how the Seattle Seahawks could outscore the Atlanta Falcons. Seattle has a strong defense, but they will tire in the second half. Atlanta will then score 21 points before Seattle can get a drive going. I’m taking a scary Atlanta offense to win it in the late third and fourth quarters.
Houston 13, New England 33 - It could be a bigger blow-out than that. Houston is the second worst team in the playoffs next to Oakland. I can’t see any possible way for a Texan victory. The Patriots will play for the division against a much more difficult team next week.
Pittsburgh 30, Kansas City 23 - The Chiefs are the favorites, but I will take the Steelers. The Chiefs will fall behind quickly and be forced to play catch-up. The Steelers are no chumps.
Green Bay 27, Dallas 28 - The best game of the weekend. I am giving Dallas the edge, but anything is possible in this game. The Packers are playing well. This will be a huge test for Dak Prescott. I can’t wait to watch this battle.
My Superbowl prediction is New England and Dallas, but any of the teams in the final four could win. It will be very close.
