Lack of Voters

It was sad to see such low voting numbers in Tuesday’s primary.
Many people will come out in November and vote for a president when that vote means so little compared to a primary or local election.
Residents need to learn about the candidates and make an informed decision. The lack of concern of so many to care who is running for office is not a good sign for our City.
Come November, please learn more about the local candidates. Regardless of which party you vote for, take the time to get to the polls.
Make knowledgeable decisions because they directly affect your taxes, housing, medical care, education and more.
It is your right. Use it wisely.
