It wasn’t much of a surprise last weekend to see a close match-up at Denver, but I was surprised to see how dominant Carolina was against Arizona.
I thought Cardinal Quarterback Carson Palmer was better than he looked in that game. It was his worst game of the season.
Carolina looks like the team to beat.
Denver’s defensive was very dirty. I was disgusted with them. As much as I love Peyton Manning, I am rooting for the Panthers.
The Patriots lost the game fair and square. Not everything went right for them, but they should be able to overcome obstacles and still win. Denver played the better game and deserves to be in the Superbowl.
In the past I have seen teams that look dominant lose in the Superbowl, so anything really is possible in this game. It just seems that when you look at offense, defense and specials teams the advantage always goes to Carolina.
So now that we have the two teams, I get to make my official pick.
