Woodlawn Properties LLC Purchases 154 Woodlawn Rd

Woodlawn Properties, a Connecticut-based LLC, has purchased 154 Woodlawn Road in Berlin. 154 Woodlawn is a 38,000 square foot multi-tenant building on 3 acres of land. The building presently has 3 tenants in place and is 100 percent occupied. The building was constructed in 2001 and is located just off the Berlin Turnpike and Route 9. The Woodlawn Properties principles are John and Sharon Hennessey who are also owners of The Music People. The Music People, Yamazen and New Britain Plumbing Supply are the 3 tenants in the building.

Yamazen specializes in the distribution of machine tools and other industrial and engineering equipment. New Britain Plumbing Supply, which was founded in 1925 carries a full line of toilets, sinks, showers and tubs, faucets and accessories for the residential marketplace.
