DIY Glitter Tape!

This is the perfect time of year for cards! With all the holidays, celebrations and winter birthdays and the continuing offer to come make a free card a day at Scraptivity for a Veteran you could become a card master in no time! This version is especially fun! You get to add glitter!
What you need:
Construction paper or cardstock
Double stick tape
Glue stick
Glitter in assorted colors
Tray for containing glitter
Washi tape – optional
Scissors
Markers or crayons
What you do: Fold your paper into the size and shape that you want for your card. Plan your design.
For a tree one piece of tape for the trunk and then graduated sizes for the branches.
Carefully peel the cover off the tape revealing the stickiness of the tape. Sprinkle your glitter on the tape. Continue until all the tape is peeled and glittered! Add your personal message and get ready to delight someone with a homemade card from the heart! You might use your glue stick if you want to create curves. The process is the same. With your glue stick draw your design then sprinkle with glitter!
