On Saturday, Dec. 13 at 8 p.m., Satinwood returns to the Trinity-on-Main stage with their Legendary Songs Series. Step back in time for an unforgettable concert featuring classic hits from Harry Chapin, Jim Croce, Cat Stevens, and Boz Scaggs. This is an all ages show complete with concessions for sale, as well as, a full cash bar. Tickets are $15 in advance and $19 at the door. Satinwood is a unique 7 piece group that serves up the best tunes of the 1970s ala James Taylor, Gordon Lightfoot, Harry Chapin, Doobie Brothers, Cat Stevens, Boz Scaggs, Dave Mason and more in their Legendary Songs Show. The band features fully arranged versions complete with guitar, keyboard, drums, bass, vocals as well as electric guitar, percussion, flute, woodwinds, and even cello. Lead vocalist, Paul Motter’s amazing ability to vocally emulate each artist along with arrangements that reflect the integrity of the original artist combine to make for a nostalgic, entertaining evening.
Trinity-on-Main is located at 69 Main St. It is central Connecticut’s premier venue for live performances, events, and rental space.
