Some big losses last weekend really confused me. Arizona and New England both went down making my Top 5 more confusing than ever.
The Patriots played a good game although Green Bay won on this day. Could this be a Superbowl preview? It certainly moves the Packers up in my rankings.
Arizona on the other hand lost to Atlanta. The Falcons are 5-7 leading the NFC South only because the entire division is awful.
Philadelphia, Detroit and Seattle all sparkled on Thanksgiving night. Where should those three be ranked?
Denver beat Kansas City so at least they won’t drop.
Next week Seattle and Philadelphia will be the game of the day to watch. These are two teams with different styles. It may be a very telling game.
My Pats take on San Diego away on Sunday night. That can go either way.
Kansas City and Arizona may be intriguing. I kind of like Buffalo and Denver. Buffalo’s run defense is strong, but can they stop the pass?
The NY Giants and NY Jets are not worth watching. The Cowboys were pathetic last Thursday.
Right now I am picking JJ Watt as MVP. He is the best defensive player since Lawrence Taylor. And he scores TD’s on both defense and offense. You have to love this guy. I think he is the best player in football right now.
Forget about quarterbacks and running backs. No one is having a better year than Watt. He is the whole Houston team.
